I've based her on the blunt head tree snake which is this nerdy-looking pool noodle with this shocked expression.
as for the base; I went with the very first concept of Lady, with the goofy long-sleeved orange hoodie. The middle stage was a little tough and awkward I can see why so many middle stage pokemon look the way they do.
