[Poll] Importance of the story in an NSFW game
Added 2020-03-12 11:23:45 +0000 UTCAt the moment we're working on writing the main storyline for our game, and since we don't want to prioritize things that absolutely no one is interested in, I wanted to ask Your opinion.
How important is the story in an NSFW game is for you? It's completely ok if you came here mainly for art, it's great if you engaged in story. I know that many of you find art that is not complimented by a good story less sexually attractive, as well as I know that there's plenty of people who find visual elements to be the key features of a good NSFW game. So please, tell us what you think!

Hey guys, wish I could've private messaged you this but oh well, I just created my account to answe to this specific poll, and let me tell you, storyline is majorly important, ESPECIALLY in NSFW games. From my experiences, it drives the creativity and makes the game into something more then just a game to look at sexy animations, people are genuinely there for the story. And I must agree with an above comment about your Brigitte storyline- Stuff like that is what people want to invest in, and why i'm personally so eager for the next update in regards to Brigitte, and it's not just it appeals to me specifically in any sort of sexual way, but because of the story along with it is set up brilliantly and i'm completely captivated by it. (Although the light femdom certainly captivates me, and many others too). So I urge you to please do focus on the storyline, and your patrons and randoms like myself are more then willing to help out in any way we can.

2020-03-18 06:35:20 +0000 UTCI fully agree that it's story that keeps me paying attention and when I can afford it money. If you just want overwatch inspired porn then a google search is more than enough.

2020-03-13 10:59:44 +0000 UTCMore than story, it's character. You don't need to pull GoT's plot. I love your jokes with Sombra and Jessie *Bzzz* One second, I have to pick up this... Phone : "I CAN HEAR YOU" Sorry. McCree. It really gets me invested to interact with character like this. It helps to define a character. Same with Brigitte, so many thing that define her. Traineeship, advocating proudly a misunderstood fetish, understanding, rivalty with Sombra...

2020-03-12 19:47:56 +0000 UTCStory sets this apart, the brigitte story arc is what convinced me to continue supporting this. It added class and depth and it was /good/. You are good storytellers and it'd be a shame if that wasn't a part of this.
2020-03-12 19:12:35 +0000 UTCWithout a good story, there's no real reason to play all the way through. Yeah, the art is good and all, but if I don't care about the characters, there's no fun in it. In any case, why not have a good story to go with decent gameplay and good art?
2020-03-12 16:59:10 +0000 UTCI can’t speak for everyone but for me story is extremely important, I like to feel immersed no matter what type of game it is and having a somewhat sensical plot goes a long way for that(Immersion I mean)

2020-03-12 14:00:40 +0000 UTCWe would rather not have to read whole chapters of lore and text, but intriguing story, interesting characters and overall "completeness" of this small in-game world add a LOT to such games. If we would not want that, we would just go watch some SFM:)
