Out of all the things in this chapter I find Momo's frustrations the most interesting. This universe's version of her probably is going through some of the most frustrations she herself does not fully understand yet. She probably going to lose patience to the point where she starts all but begging Emiya by invoke the trope of 'Aren't You Going to Ravish Me?' ....also lets have our chick magnet visit Mikan's school at some point just to make the girl's life more interesting. Recently finished the 7th lostbelt in FGO. I genuinely wonder how long it would take for Lala to come up with actual plans and means to take out ORT. On a different topic. Even on a remotely realistic level if one wants and is able to have a harem and actual affections and bonds exists then in order to spend quality time with all of the members one actually needs to ability to manipulate time and space.

Unfortunately, for him Tolov is a harem-based series as well with Momo being an active advocator/planner to form them for her love interest.
