MaM News (November, 2023)

For 0.07 you'll be able to start controlling Bea after you find a way to calm her "nervous" behaviour; also I'll be reworking Liz's afternoon talk event. For now just a few convos and a little event in case you're interested in her hanging out with her, I'll add soon enough more dialogues with her to hear what she thinks about stuff happening in the story (since that's an easy and interactive way to grind friendship).
As for why, I want to start working in the romance/friendship events so I'm fixing the bases, here there may not be much hypno (if at all) but it's a nice seasoning for it (and unlocking alternate scenes in the story xD).
Also, as you can see, I gave Bea a little design change along with little fixes with the hypnotized expressions. I'm going to be changing those for all the characters, adding that subtle blue glow and other visual effects.
Leaving aside some minor bug and typo fixes, that should be all. Maybe a new expression(s) for Liz... I need her to be as expressive as possible because she's a very plot important character and you'll see her a lot.
Anyways, the beta should be out around the 14th-16th, keep an eye for it!
P.S: By the time I'm publishing this, all the art is done and ready; so don't worry about me delaying the update or anything! I just thought it'd be better to not show off the completed art so it can surprise you in-game xD

2023-11-29 15:09:01 +0000 UTCI do think it's good to have some build up of a character before you mind control their brains out. Especially when the character is brought up to be too strong for you at first. I assume Bea is not exactly that type, but I'm excited to see where you take her anyway!
