I'm making like a dozen hats, a scarf, and two baby blankets, so I went ahead and ordered yarn for all of that and I foolishly thought that I'd have enough room for it all...a FOOL is what I am!! like this is the yarn for the second of the blankets, and there's no way in hell i can cram it in anywhere lol
Like, I guess I could put it all on top of each other, but the bottom two cubbies are currently using that system and it's really not ideal for keeping yarn for different projects separated and organized by project lol. I'm glad to know that I'll use it all up though!!
All of this I ordered from Knitpicks !! I also got some blocking mats (finally) that I'm so excited about. <3 A lot of the yarn is Swish, their superwash merino wool, but the yarn for the second blanket is all a cotton/modal blend, as my friends are vegan and specifically requested a blanket with no animal fibers. Since I have a lot of gifts to make, and I'm determined to make as many of em as possible, I'll probably be doing some of these at work, which MEANS I'll probs be doing.. a lot of crochet vlogs lol. So look forward to that!

Just wanted to share this little update!! I'm currently importing footage for a new vlog that'll be dropping next week -- it's my second to last video w Squarespace and then I will have no sponsorship contracts wooo!! So hopefully I'll get to just make whatever silly fun videos I want. Also still in the midst of trying to get my ADHD neuropsychological evaluation scheduled...I'll be sure to update y'all if that changes too lol

2021-09-28 19:44:37 +0000 UTCthis might not be ideal for a small space, but i also have TONS of project yarn hoarded away since i started crocheting again this year (thanks for that btw), and i got some wheeled bins from target. they're $8, and they stack. they're a square shape but it's nice to just stack them up in a corner. or i'll use them as footstools and tables while i work on a project haha.

2021-09-25 18:16:10 +0000 UTCI'm in Sweden, the ones I've tried have been from England and Ireland. I had from Hedgehog Fibres last year, they are in Ireland and it was lovely. Not sure where you are but check Etsy or google Yarn advent calendar, I'm sure you can find some :)
