I just joined your Patreon this month and it's so exciting seeing those evelopes being stamped and knowing that one will make its way to me :D

I had to pause this video partway through to comment because SO MUCH of what you're saying resonates with me and how I felt after starting my ADHD medication. I'm not sure if that's what's happening with you, but the sudden change from the hesitancy to work on my skills and viewing my weaknesses as failures to wanting to learn more about my weak spots and improve and the excitement that came with that definitely came after I started taking ritalin. Anyway, definitely enjoyed listening to this and connecting while working on my own sketches!

oooh yes i've thought about bottom watering as well!! i will absolutely try the stirring soil thing and i'll consider rocks!! i have it lifted off the bottom of the decorative pot to make sure that it's not sitting in water, but i was concerned when one day i started watering and the water just immediately started draining out the bottom ;;

a very lovely video to draw along with hehe. β™‘ also, for the plant, i only have a couple so I'm not a huge plant person but maybe adding some rocks at the bottom will help! i also move the soil around with a stick/chopstick a bit from time to time to help with water absorption. there's also a bottom watering technique i've seen around tiktok. c:

Wow Cheyenne, watching this spreed was such a treat. Its mind boggling that you use a pen, not pencil and an eraser. You are so sure, and really really good at your drawings. Just love it πŸ₯°
