2020-09-04 00:20:20 +0000 UTCI picked up pottery at the start of the year after doing it a bit when I was younger and I have honestly fallen head first in love with it!! Classes really helped to get the hang of things and gave a kick-start to using the wheel, but you can totally hand build things at home if you have a studio nearby that offers firing facilities. Also (this is a bit random considering I am UK based) but I follow a Seattle based ceramics studio on Instagram called 'saltstoneceramics'. They seem super friendly and also offered loads of tutorials over lockdown under their other handle 'saltstoneclasses' - they have loads of cute ideas there to try out!! Thanks as always for the beautiful content and I'm excited to see you adventure into playing with mud in the future! :-)
