i didn't find it less pleasurable by following a confidant guide, it meant that i'm actually able to max out all my confidants now haha. and i get to date all the girls faster >:) if you're playing royal, there's 3 new confidants that you should focus on maxing out cause you need them in order to unlock the 3rd semester. :D

2020-06-09 17:41:58 +0000 UTCsince this was my 3rd playthrough, (though my first playthrough on royal) i definitely used a confidant guide! i didn't use a guide for other things, but i did all the palaces in one day, so i'd have enough time to max out my confidants. also, watching dvds at night when you can't leave leblanc is a GREAT way to increase your stats!

2020-06-09 17:41:03 +0000 UTCI've just picked up Persona5 again and happy to see someone else enjoying it, too 😊 Tbh, it's my second playthrough and I was also thinking to just make the most of all the relationship potential out there, to see the most cutscenes and story bits. I am thoroughly enjoying myself, but still at the "let me explain how this all works" stage of the game with very limited leisure time. I was wondering though: do you play it with a guide now? Or no? I'm kinda torn because I know how hard it can be to up your charm or needing to go to the bathhouse while it rains, to even get to talk to some people (Makoto 💕) and I don't think I'll get there by playing spontaneously, but following a guide might make it less pleasurable to just be in that world? Greetings, a fellow persona fan ;)
