process: practice really does make all the difference
Added 2019-04-20 03:44:46 +0000 UTCi just wanna show y'all something wild that i realized tonight while i was working on some couple portrait commissions
here is my first ever couples portrait commish that i did last spring (i think? i'm not sure of the actual date but i think it was around april/may of last year)

and this is a couples sketch that i just finished about ten minutes ago

the first one is of course, still cute, but i'm so happy with how much my art has grown? i have a hard time seeing my improvement on a day to day basis so it's always exciting to go back and look at older pieces and see how far i've come!! i still have so much to learn of course, but as long i keep leaning into my curiosity only good things can happen.
just wanted to share! love y'all so much!

Perfect example of how time and practice truly pay off. They're both beautiful and have their own distinct style. I don't think either one is better than the other; I think of them more that they're a reflection of your incredible journey. Keep up the amazing work love. ❤
