small delay in podcast/tea time

but yeah as a result, there might be a small one or two delay in the tea time and podcast. i was gonna record them today but i was so nauseous that moving from the couch made me worry i was gonna vomit oof
iām hoping a good nights sleep will sort me out so i can get you all the goods on monday or even late tomorrow night. sorry for this!! thank you for your patience!
