Added 2025-03-13 13:07:26 +0000 UTCAs its finally getting warmer I decided to take my diet seriously again. Today is only the fourth day I am trying to be without any type of gluten and I'm already not having any craving for food when I wake up. I'm rather filled with energy and don't want to stay in bed for too long. I noticed this before when I tried this diet several times but I think I stopped because as soon as there was something in my personal life that brought me down the first thing that suffered was always my diet as if I didnt care and the problem I had to face was greater than taking care of my body. Where I live its especially hard to be mindful of this since there are so many bakeries and coffeeshops and almost all social gatherings revolve around food and alcohol. I love to drink a glass of wine with friends but when the food comes it's so hard to resist (ᵕ´╥﹏╥`)ㅅDecided to never go out on an empty stomach again or carry my own snack if I ever need to (because drinking on empty stomach is not fun)
My sleep has improved and I hope this month keeps going well. Feeling very fortunate such a small change can have a big impact on my mind and overall mood. Hope to keep finding ways to hack my gut health and mood without medications!
Took some pics early in the morning before I take my camera to the shop. Hope to fix my dead pixel and find a lens that I can work with. Hope you have a nice day whatever ur doing thinking of you 😘
