TTGC poll, Discord livestream, incoming RC build

So as you may have already know, I've extended the TTGC votes to Iron patrons. I should have done this much earlier but I was afraid it could affect the results of the poll. But after contemplating for months, I decided to extend it to Iron and Bronze patrons now, since we already given access to these old TTGCs to public now, it makes sense that the lower tier supporters get to vote as well. However, Nominations and immediate access to TTGC upon release is still exclusive to Silver and above.

As for Discord livestream, I figured I had to move my schedule on UTC (Time Zone) 12:00 AM Friday. Two hours earlier than last time. Turns out my ISP peeks during those times and I get disconnected quite a bit. Also, we will move the stream on public channel so anyone can check it out. And voice chat will be for patrons only tho.

Now, continuation of RC build is coming soon. PCG is full speed ahead. There are no more Hiccups this time. We want to release it ASAP. We should start doing tests this month. Depending how buggy it is will determine an ETA. I am really excited for it so I hope it goes smoothly.
