For October, first character will be NAHI-- oops, can't do that or else we'll get bonk'ed by Patreon :P. It will be Layla from Genshin Impact.

We have yet to decide the second character again since there are some options. But as for third and fourth characters, as always they will be decided through your Voting which will be opened soon, maybe tomorrow or the day after.
