Hello Friends Supporters and public people out there too!

I made this post to help giving better information on how our Patreon works so that people who just joined or planning to join will not get confused and understand more.
Let's get to the point and see it a Q & A format below!

> Q1: "How can I join and what tiers of support are available?"

You can join after logged in as a Patreon user (or sign up first if you haven't yet) then pledge at our Patreon main page. There is only one tier available and it costs only 5 US Dollars for all rewards we can give. Costs might change a little bit depending on country and taxes of your country. You can use credit cards or any other supported payment method, for this details please read more on Patreon's information page.


> Q2: "What kind of rewards will I get?"

Our main rewards will be high resolution uncensored NSFW illustrations in amount of 4 with many variations each. After we reach over 100 Supporters, bonus rewards in form of PSD files will be given too. You can also join two kind of events, Request Event and Voting Event. There will also be sketches or work-in-progress images of the rewards illustrations too. All rewards are only month specific contents, that means if you are supporting on July then you will only get all contents of July, not all contents from previous months or any other else.


> Q3: "What is Request Event?"

Request Event is a Supporter exclusive event where all Supporters can write up to 3 characters from various series (game, anime) to be drawn by me. The event will be held in limited time, usually starts around the first or early second week of the month and will last for around a week. So make sure you are already a Supporter since the earlier weeks of the month to be not missing this event.


> Q4: "What is Voting Event?"

Voting Event is continuation to the Request Event, in which top 7 most mentioned characters will be put into voting selection. All Supporters then can choose who to vote among the 7 characters. The event starts right after Request Event ended and will last for around a week. After voting ends, top 2 winners of the vote will be chosen as the last 2 illustrations of the month.


> Q5: "When will I get my rewards?"

All eligible Supporters will get their rewards at the 5th day of the upcoming month they are supporting on. For example, if you are supporting on January, then you will get January rewards at February 5. If you are supporting on August, then you will get August rewards at September 5. Remember you have to be eligible for the rewards, that is by having your payments successfully processed by Patreon on around the 1st day of the upcoming month. Do not leave before the month changes or before you get charged by Patreon, that will cause you to be not eligible for the rewards.


> Q6: "It's already past the 5th day but I haven't received the rewards?"

It is possible that I missed sending your rewards, though most of the time I will always check if any eligible Supporters hasn't received rewards yet. In this case please send me a message so I can check if I actually missing you or if you didn't get your rewards because you are not eligible for it.


> Q7: "Patreon asked me to pay on the 1st day of upcoming month but I refused it, so where is my rewards?"

The charges Patreon asked on the 1st day of upcoming month is they payment for the previous month you are supporting. For example, if you are supporting on March, then Patreon charges your payment on April 1. We never use up-front payment here, so there was never any payment asked or given to us on the moment you joined. Anyone can join at any time but they are not paying anything yet, not until the 1st day of its upcoming month. If you think that the charges on the 1st day of its upcoming month is a second time charge, then you are mistaken, that is the first and only one time charge of its previous month you are supporting. To make it simple, supporting on March means paying on April 1, supporting on September means paying on October 1, supporting on June means paying on July 1. If you refuse to pay, then you will be not eligible for the rewards and we will never send you anything.


> Q8: "I just joined and already able to see exclusive posts, does that mean I'm already eligible?"

No, you are not yet. Anyone can join and not yet charged for payment on the moment they joined. Anyone who joins can see all exclusive contents on our Patreon page, even possible to join Request and Voting events too. But you are not yet eligible for our main rewards until you actually paid and marked as eligible Supporter in our Patreon data. Our main rewards are only for those who successfully paid.


> Q9: "I'm joining at April, so where is my February rewards?"

You are joining and supporting on April, that means you will only get April rewards. You will not get February rewards, March rewards, January rewards, last year rewards, or any other rewards ever given before. All Supporters are given rewards specific to the month they are supporting. If you are supporting on March then you will only get March rewards, you are supporting on November then you will only get November rewards. It is possible that we give more rewards as bonuses, but it only will happen on special campaign which can be held at some special celebrations such as Lunar New Year, or celebrating after reaching over 300 Supporters, and any other special conditions. In that case, all Supporters who are eligible for rewards at the campaign month will get extra bonuses more than the original main rewards. But remember that it also only limited to those who are supporting on the campaign month. For example Lunar New Year special rewards are only given to Supporters who supported on the month it is held, and will be not given to Supporters who just join in the next month after it ends.


> Q10: "I want to pay but have some problems with the payment and got declined, will I still get my rewards?"

In this kind of situation, please do not worry and solve your problems with Patreon Customer Service. We will be patiently awaiting until your problems get solved, then we will send you your rewards after it. So please don't worry even if the problems get solved at a later date, we will still send your rewards no matter when. For example, if you have problem for March support then you solve it at April 25, we will still send you March rewards at April 25. But please remember that if you don't solve your problems and ignore it, then you will never get your rewards.


> Q11: "I want to join but I don't want to pay, can I get all available rewards?"

Never.


> Q12: "I'm not supporting on Patreon but I am Supporter on Fanbox, can I get Patreon rewards?"

No you can't. Rewards are all independent to its own platform. Fanbox Supporters will only get Fanbox rewards. Patreon Supporters will only get Patreon rewards. Patreon Supporters will never get Fanbox rewards, Fanbox Supporters will never get Patreon rewards.


> Q13: "Is there a way to get past Patreon rewards?"

Yes there are. First, you can buy it from Gumroad shop. The price will be different from supporting costs. Supporting directly will only cost 5 USD Dollars for all rewards of the month, while buying on Gumroad can cost 7 US Dollars for illustrations only and 10 US Dollars for PSD only or full package at 15 US Dollars. Patreon rewards usually available at Gumroad shop in around 2 months from its original time. For example May Patreon rewards will be available at Gumroad shop on around July. Second, you can get delayed rewards by supporting on Fanbox. Fanbox has 1 month delay from Patreon, for example Patreon February rewards are equal to Fanbox March rewards. So if you missed rewards from one previous month, you can choose to join Fanbox to get it. But please remember that Fanbox rewards have difference, that is they are censored compared to uncensored in Patreon.


> Q14: "Why are Patreon and Fanbox rewards different?"

The truth is that originally the rewards are all the same. All illustrations and PSD files on Patreon rewards are also becoming Fanbox rewards. But after the first month of our debut on Fanbox, our rewards got removed and we were contacted by Fanbox Staff, they were warning us to not put uncensored contents either directly as posts or indirectly as download links. They threaten to ban our account if we do not follow such rules. Hence since that we are censoring all of our rewards for Fanbox and even cannot provide PSD rewards there. We never meant to be unfair, even censoring the rewards are such tiresome work to do as it takes us another extra day to work. It is Fanbox rules and we cannot do anything on that.


> Q15: "There are other creators at Fanbox still able to give uncensored rewards, why?"

Please remember that Fanbox Staff are also human, so they don't always able to monitor and check every single creators right away. It is a matter of lucky and unlucky for us to be warned or to be missed from their monitoring. We are just unlucky to get enforced by the rules on our first month, but some people out there can be still lucky to provide uncensored contents. But soon or later they will also get caught, and you will see them censoring their contents as we did too.


> Q16: "Will you be able to make more than 4 illustrations a month in the future?"

Yes we want that to happen, we really really want to. But of course realistic enough, as of right now we don't have enough skills yet to draw that much. Please also remember that I am not yet a full time artist, I have daytime job and usually start drawing around night or more on the weekends and holidays. But more than time available, honestly the skills are more needed to draw more things. I am still learning and still improving my skills, so I really really hope at some future time I can do more and better illustrations. I also want to be able to make more different various variations too. I really really love drawing lewd illustrations, I am satisfied by just doing it. There are many things I wish I am able to draw. So I hope you keep supporting me here so I can have more motivations to keep drawing, even more when we reach larger number of Supporters enough to quit my daytime job and buying better drawing equipment, we can even practice more and more so we can be closer to the skills we ever wished for.
