Pre-Supported Tier Announcement

We have given this a very careful thought and after LOTS and LOTS of testing. We have come to the decision that we will be opening a Pre-Supported Tier.
For those of you who are concerned about us pre-supporting the models, don't worry. We will not be compromising any sculpting time to add supports to minis.
To be able to do this, we built a small team of 2 people (Joseph and Mario) that will be supporting and test printing the minis in several different printers and using different resins + giving 3D printing support to those who need it.
One of them you may already know, his work is amazing (I personally was blown away by the results I had when printing one of the minis he pre-supported for his personal use from our previous collections)

As I said above, we will be providing 3D Printing Support in our Discord channel. Helping out anyone that has any problems printing our models can head up to the 3D Printing Support Text Channel and you'll get the help you need.

The plan is to release DLP Pre-Supported files for now and FDM in the near future. We're still working on FDM and need a couple more weeks to figure out a good workflow for us.
To be able to afford this, and make sure we're providing quality service, the pre-supported Tier will be available for $15.99. This will include DLP and FDM Files (when FDM files release). The reason for the extra $3 is that we need to pay for Joseph and Mario's time + resin and plastic costs.
Of course, this is completely optional. It will NOT affect how our current Tiers Work. Merchant's tier will NOT be re-priced either and will have access to pre-supported files for no extra cost.
The first pre-supported collection will be Kobolds. We're working on this right now and will be releasing it later this month.
We will be providing STL and Chitubox files.
After this collection, we're aiming to have the complete release of pre-supported minis just a couple of days after the Collection is out.

An important thing to take into consideration is that Kobolds are smaller than regular minis. So please be very careful when de-supporting these minis. I'd suggest using warm water and clippers to do so.
Feel free to go to our Discord Server and ask for help if needed. ALL of the files we're uploading have been tested at least twice.

Starting next month, we will be releasing a fully pre-supported Throwback folder along with the pre-supported collection. Pre- supported and tested Loyalty Drake, both for DLP and FDM. We'll keep adding more things in this tier as we move forward to make sure everyone is getting a lot of value from this new tier. 3D Printing Support and help, directly from the people testing the models is already taking place on our Discord server.

You will have to move to the 15.99 pricing, which means a $6 / 60% increase for the supported files and you will also never be able to return to the $10 a month support level. So think about it carefully. I think in the interest of transparency this really should be addressed at an announcement level, but that is what it is. I understand that the static, inflexible nature of patreon's tiers is mostly to blame. But I also think that it could have been factored into the pricing--and maybe that means even less of an increase at the 12.99 crowd while still moving up the older tiers. At any rate, I'll still buy in to it. Although I feel that a $6 increase is about as reasonable as the $8 premium at the other well-known patreon--especially when we are talking about 4 digit subscriber levels. CnP has long been one of my most recommended, but this definitely burns a bit of goodwill for me. I hope that perhaps this tier can be re-evaluated if it proves popular going forward--or if competition forces it to be.

And that it isn't a huge increase in pledge level to get them is admirable. I feared it would be double, as other companies had done.
