how has life been?? i hope everyone is safe and healthy and drinking lots of water,! idk if it's just my husband but according to him drinking water is the solution to all problems,,

so speaking of waters, we have lots of it in this month's stuff!! because we need to stay hydrated amirite,,, someone suggested pool for the theme and my initial idea for the main illustration was pool but in like a cute cream soda setting,, although somehow it just turned out to be a pool in a glass of water with a cherry on top 🍒 plain water is better for ur health i guess 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

for the color palette i chose cooler shades instead of my go to warm colors. i feel like we need something to cool our heads in this trying times,, they're also all bright and fun and are designed to hurt ur eyes,, 😎🕶️😏💥

i think i'm finally getting the hang of drawing with this simpler style,, i know it's not for everyone so i completely understand if u like my older style better... i really do miss drawing with my oil pastel brushes though so i may try it again some time butt it takes a lot more time to draw like that and idk if i will have the time for it but we'll see someday hehe👁️
