Happy New Year - 2020!

Hey folks! You have been the shining beacon of hope for me as a freelance artist, and to try and do right by y'all, I want to start 2020 out strong. Last year, it was Tala, the previous year it was ARA. I haven't drawn enough Zeta, and her confident, perky attitude, sci-fi backgrounds and physical qualities (legs!) told me 'Hey, she'd make a good first image of 2020.'

So I thought about how she'd react to being asked to pose for a New Year's image. She is mildly more self-aware of how her body is perceived than say, ARA or the other AI, so she finds a little amusement in teasing organic lifeforms with it. No "L-Like this..sir?" blushing, nor anything like "Hrmph! I'm a military AI, I won't be reduced to such nonsense!". Instead I felt she'd just.. comply, but not without getting some small jab remarks in.

Current State-

I know December's always been a busy month, but man..I didn't really expect to not get my pinup worked on the whole month. I feel rather guilty, as I'm not entirely keeping my pledge goals to this Patreon, and it reflects poorly on my work ethic, or at least that's how I worry about it.

The December pinup is what I'm about to work on right now--but this means I'll probably wait on assembling the ZIP files for December until it's complete, I appreciate the patience! I've been working nonstop since I got back from holiday, and I'd really like to catch up.

For 2020-

So a short list of things to address. For one, the pinup-vote will undergo it's renewal/changes starting in March. Likely the request sketches/streams too. The goal will be to, IMO, "liven things up" by making the pinups less..pinup-y, and more scenic. This includes things like characters doing stuff, canon activities and shots more reliant on telling a scene, story, or element/emotion. It will still be adult often enough or with alts, but less focused on alternate versions, blatant 'porn' shots and poses, and more character or "in the moment" stuff. I'm a little less enthusiastic about the main pinups as of late and want to push for some more time on my stories/comics.

The request streams I'd like to be less focused on the individual person getting it done. There's a nice charm there, but frankly, there are hundreds of requests, year-plus 'wait times' and more, that I just...don't feel right with? I dunno. I'd like for the images and streams to be less like mini-pinups, and more exploring a theme, character, lewd act or whatnot.

Hopefully those make sense, and don't sound too drastic of a change. I want to streamline their process and make it easier for me while also more satisfying and less samey for you.

I won't commit to an end date for Denali, because I still feel there's a lot left, especially because of how slow I've been going. Currently trying to figure out a solution for that. Just imagining finishing 2020 and still not being done with it kind of bums me out.

Projects I know I'll get to this year:

Nytro and Warning's dakis, more wristband, lanyard, sticker designs, and heavy work on my sci-fi setting, if not at least outright starting it would be a nice goal!
