Carmelita Fox - WEB/Early pinup files
Added 2018-09-30 16:02:00 +0000 UTCHere's the finished primary pinup this month for the Interpol vixen. This one was a heck of a lot of fun to make for a number of reasons. I hope you all enjoy the result!
Firstly I know there are some minor details that aren't exactly on-model; I took a few small liberties with it. Second, I thoroughly enjoyed doing her hair, the whole scene in general, the gun, and just trying my best to give her a good, suitable pinup. I think this is the first pinup in a while where nudity/porn aspect was second to featuring the character canonically. I get why not all pinups can be done that way, there's very few instances where a pinup can lend itself to being sexy/sultry in an erotic fashion while still being a good base for a tasteful, censored work. Usually I work them the other way around: do the porn first, add clothes after. Working it this way was not just a nice change of pace, but it'll make for nice prints, wallpapers, be a good character piece, etc.
While the more "in-character" shots like this also lend themselves to fewer alts/variations, I don't consider that a bad thing. Several pinups in the past have had little or zero alts, and ultimately, I think I prefer putting that time into other details of the image, in this case, her outfit, hair, background, body all received a bit more work. I hope you all enjoy, especially those who voted for her!

Cropping in closer gives a closer feel to her, and, while I do like her a -lot-, yeah I admit I just referenced the most recent (i think?) game's outfit, and didn't know really anything about it being a 'bastardization', but after a quick look at the wiki page, I can see why that might be the case. However, it's entirely possible, if I got the chance/time, or even crowdfunded/commissioned, to do her 'proper' outfit as well (which I assume is <a href="https://gyazo.com/1844bbabbc7b5f0600f13977eb08be36" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://gyazo.com/1844bbabbc7b5f0600f13977eb08be36</a> i think?) as an alternate. The biggest differences would be on the jacket and boots I think. The pants wouldn't be too hard. Gloves either. It's a possibility, I'll have to give it some thought or planning. Hope that helps!

2018-10-01 09:25:32 +0000 UTCas for someone who spent 2 years voting on no one but her, and i love the work you put in for my commission of her as the daki however i would be lying if i wasn't a little bit disappointed that part of her is cut out of frame and the costume focuses on the bastardised version of her it would be nice if the alternative focused on one of her many different outfits. i guess i should be used to artists not knowing much about her by now but it's still never changes the one fact that Carmelita Fox is and always will be the most underrated vixen in the furry fandom. Still, great rendering of her as always fluff, well done.
