[February] Vote #1 - Pinup (New Rules)

Hi guys! It's February and there are now TWO main posts for votes; the secondary artwork, (vote here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/16744962 ) and this one, for the pinup vote! There are a LOT of changes, but not SO much that it's completely new. The structure remains the same: comment with the same number of votes-per-tier as usual. The biggest difference is in flags/removal, and layout.

I've cleaned up the rules below for easier reading and understanding. A few things don't have specifics because they're more "artist's call"; I realized that if I made new specific rules for every little thing, the rule list gets huge and unnecessary. I try to be fair and open, so I hope my judgement on the roster is acceptable. I've also removed the "FK OC" specific category to make room, at least temporarily, for putting more wait-list characters on there.

Short explanation on flags: Any character receiving very small votes/attention will get a flag. I no longer call them strikes because it's not "3" anymore, but "2". The words "very small" are up to my judgement, but at the moment... if only a couple/few people or votes are cast on the character. It changes as the number of patrons change, and as the number of patrons actually participating in voting changes, too, so I don't want to set concrete numbers. But there will be a maximum of 5 characters flagged each month, so I've removed the flags for a few of the ones up there.

Only a max of 3 of those 5 flagged will get removed, if applicable. This should help keep the stricter removal system, but avoid too many characters possibly being removed all at once. I'll also allow a couple months of a character's first time up there before applying flags, to give them some time to gather a following/vote count.

I hope this all sounds good! I'm pretty confident in it. The wait-list is closed at the moment, it's too long and I want to see if these current rules help burn through it quicker. On to voting!

How voting works:

I make a roster of characters to choose from for my primary artwork each month. Each level of pledge gets a different number of votes, and you guys pick what I end up doing! Rules are...

Votes:

-The roster keeps it's vote count from month to month.

-1$ Patreons get one(1) vote to spend. 5$ get two(2), 10$ get three(3), 25$ get ten(10), but can only put a maximum of 5 on one given character.

-If you have multiple votes, you can spend them all on one character, or split up between several.

-You can still vote after it ends, I go back and count up these votes when it's time to put up the next.

-Votes only count if your pledge processed that month. I check all votes for number and pledge accuracy.

Slots:

-I will start a new method of proposing new characters, but for the moment the list is pretty full and closed!

Strikes+Removal:

-FK OCs will cycle on and off the roster over time.

-Characters receiving a disproportionately small number of votes or patrons will get a flag on their portrait. (To a maximum of 5 flags at a time) Once more, and they will be removed. (To a maximum of 3 removed each month)

-If removed, I will do a consolation pinup of varying quality that reflects the number of votes and time up on the roster to compensate, so the votes aren't wasted! This will be secondary to the monthly pinup winner.
