2017-11-12 22:49:51 +0000 UTCA character reference sheet is a form of guide illustrating how a character is drawn, usually it contains a couple of poses and the color pallete of the character (what colors are used to make it). for example here is Fluffs character reference sheet for Vikna <a href="https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DLfHaZ8XkAArTmv.jpg:large" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DLfHaZ8XkAArTmv.jpg:large</a> (you can find more examples in google) also you only have to provide it if you are requesting something outside of Fluffs characters (if you are requesting one of Fluffs characters you dont need to prove the reference ) I hope that this helps.
