2017-04-05 06:37:45 +0000 UTCWhen I first saw the uniforms and closely examined the top portion toward the collar, I was thinking "hey that looks like Star Trek TNG lol." In any case, what I always think about is what makes sense given a uniform and in the universe that it inhabits and the uniforms do look like they make sense. It could be the detail or simply that it fits the proportions of anthro characters. I am curious, where did you get the hexagon pattern in the background? I've seen you use it before and I'm curious because I've been looking everywhere for a simular pattern that would fit with Manga Studio / Sai.

2017-04-05 05:47:16 +0000 UTCIt is a similar hand gesture as used by Cub Scouts [Usually 1st grade to age 12 or so] and Boy Scouts [Ages 13-18, if I remember the starting age correctly] in the US, but on the opposite hand and closer to face as in scouting it is held out so that elbow sits at a right angle. 2017-04-05 05:12:51 +0000 UTCOK, so the "moderate" armor is the standard for military guards. Thanks for giving a great visual example of it as well! And the small differences in the dress uniforms are much better for differentiating between military ranks than pins on the chest and patches on the shoulders, I feel. Great work as always on the worldbuilding, Fluff!
