GOOGLE STOCK ALERT

Hey Patreons,

Please look into Google stock (GOOGL), I think it will trend up soon. As you probably know, Google has a market cap of about $1 Trillion. The share is currently trading at $2,270 and my target price based on my research is $2,550 per share by the end of 2021.  

Google operates on a 53% gross profit margin with over $136 billion in cash and $319 Billion of assets vs. only $97 Billion of liabilities. The company has a 30% debt to asset ratio and their revenues for the FY 2020 is $180 Billion, with an EBITDA margin of 26% and YoY EBITDA growth of 21% and YoY Revenues Growth of 13%. 

I feel that Google's stock will see a big boost inside the digital advertising market, as Covid-19 vaccinations expand, boosting global economies and commercial normalization. Also, don't forget its fast-growing cloud computing business which is still unprofitable amid high investments but is expected to improve in the next couple of years. 

Google also has an ongoing stock repurchase program. In the fourth quarter of 2020, Google bought $7.9 billion of its own shares. It also purchased $7.9 billion in the 3rd quarter and $6.9 billion in the 2nd quarter. Google has about $15.4 billion remaining in a stock buyback authorization.

I like the business model of Google and as businesses across the country and around the world are moving online and towards cloud-based computing, Google will see a big chunk of that action.
