Important Correction about IACA Taboola SPAC
Added 2021-02-07 12:10:32 +0000 UTCHey Patreons, as you recall I gave the IACA SPAC a 2.7B target, however, I got the current market cap of IACA wrong! Thank you Martin (Patreon Member) for letting me know I screwed up. The SPAC will only be holding 10% of the shares of Taboola, while the 2.7B valuation considers 100% of the shares. Hence, the current market cap of IACA which was about 340 Million reflects a 3.4B valuation (plus future dilution). I will be taking the video down and will repost it later on with the correct amount. Please be advised and I apologize. Honest mistake... much love Tom.

I’m torn- I did follow this one and bought in 25 shares. Totally not your fault though Tom! I could have done a bit more DD, but taboola looked like a solid play. Now that I have a better understanding of the upcoming structure, and your new $10 price target, I’m not sure if I hold (down -16% for me right now, but still around $13) or just cut my losses and reinvest it into a better bet. What’s the channels opinion on cutting losses and moving on? Or should I just hold on and forget it for a year?

2021-02-07 19:25:43 +0000 UTCI bought in at $15.29 after watching the video because I have missed out may times by waiting to do my own research. Looking at Taboola now, I think its a pop up ad company that kicks back money to publishers to post on their sites. So it gets paid to publish ads but pays 68% of its revenues to post pop ups. Is that correct? If so, personally, I feel its a bad business model that will be hated on but also knocked off very easily. My fault for not understanding a company before buying in. Please Correct me if im wrong though.
