Gordy Poll #1

It's time!!! To help make decisions and shape one of the future MGG games. This was the main reason I wanted to make the Patreon is to included fans in the creation process in some shape or form. Plus it actually helps me when I can't make up my mind on something.

Anyways!!! I need to do the tutorial section for Gordy but I'm not sure how to proceed. In the last two games I simply had Mikey Dean show up on the doorstep and explain to the player some of the controls BUT in Gordy you are playing as a hermit in the woods who basically hasn't had any contact with other people in years so it might be a little strange to just have Mikey Dean just appear and kinda break a plot point in the game.

It is the start of the game so it can be a little goofy but doesn't have to be. I'll write a brief description of the options below and then please pick the one you think would be the best.

Also if you have a good idea please leave it in the comments and I'll take a look. If it's good I might just take it or run the poll again with it against the top voted options.

Disclaimer: While the result of this poll will most likely decide this section of the game, if I feel this section needs to go in another direction to fit the rest of the game I may overrule the results.

#1: It's a normal tutorial where simple text explains to the player what to do and no other character is involved.

#2: The player finds a Mikey Dean wilderness survival guide and either reads through it with some text or maybe they're transported almost to a imagination / dream realm where Mikey Dean is there to explain things.

#3: The player eats some mushrooms and starts to hallucinate and a little forest critter comes up and explains the game to them. This critter could also have Mikey Deans face attached. Like a dog with the head of Mikey Dean.

#4: Mikey Dean just rolls up in the woods in his van anyways and comes to the door to explain the tutorial. Then just drives off back through the woods when he's done.

#5: Other. Maybe you think all of these are dumb ideas or you think someone in the comments had a better idea please pick this one.
