When I wrote this dialogue, it seemed like a joke to me (where two genders are pitted against each other). And phrases like "I'll finish you off," etc., are often used in comedy comics to enhance the effect. I really didn’t mean for it to be a trigger for anyone or imply anything bad. The characters have a healthy relationship anyway.
