I have for you a mod requested by the wonderful Maxis Match CC World on twitter.

Now you can build skills using the free earbuds in game. Just play one of the Podcasts or Audiobooks from the new menu options on the earbuds.

Sims will get a positive or negative moodlet depending on the mood they're in.

Right now this includes all 20 base game skills. The pop station plays for all audiobooks and podcasts to keep it Base Game Compatible (BGC). There is also a version that requires City Living and uses the Talk Radio station!

More skills to come! Let me know which ones you want to see most.

Note: You can still multitask with the earbuds but if you engage in another skill building activity it will trump the earbuds skill building.

Regular Version requires Fitness Stuff

City Living Version requires City Living & Fitness Stuff

Installation Instructions:

1. Download ONE .package file attached below, either the regular version or the City Living required version that uses the Talk Radio station. Do NOT download both!

2. Install the XML Injector located HERE (the download button will give you a zip file, unzip it, and only put the .ts4script in your mods folder, you do NOT need the .package file).

Note: This is required for the new interactions to show up.

3. Place the .package file and the XML Injector .ts4script file here: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

Or only one sub-folder deep.

4. Delete your localthumbcache.
