Mod: Mermaids Can Use Dock Ladders

- 2020 November 25th - I was informed that this mod conflicts with Zer0's Kiss of Life in one file, the buff for mermaids. I put together a quick compatibility .package with both of our edits to that file. If you use both mods, please download and setup an Overrides folder and place the compatibility .package inside it. You still need the original .packages for the mods to work.
Yes, another mod today! I finally got that minor annoyance I mentioned solved thanks (again) to my amazing friend Pancake! Turns out I built my ASM wrong so I was referencing the wrong animation, lol.
It does as it says, mermaids can now use dock ladders! It drove me nuts when testing another mod (last year!? where does the time go?) during IL release to see that my mermaid couldn't use dock ladders, but can use pool ladders just fine. And they used a lame joke to excuse it ("it's a tail thing"). Anyhow, I meant to make this mod back then but I hadn't a clue how to solve it as I was still very new, and it's definitely a good thing I waited since this used tricks and info I only learned within the last few months.
To use, just click "Climb Down" or "Climb Up" as you normally would and the mermaid will use it like any other sim, the difference is that upon entering or getting ready to leave the water the mermaid will do their usual spin to transform to their human form.
Also, this mod goes great with my Mermaid Transformation VFX mod if you like the cool spiraling water from CAS and wished it was available in-game.
Note: There is now a compatibility .package that you must download and place in an Overrides folder if you also use Zer0's Kiss of Life.
