Finally able to post this! And before anyone comments on the name of the mod I couldn't think of anything better. xD
It's actually a good thing I hadn't published it yet, because waiting this long allowed me to encounter someone who could help with a scripting issue! (If you aren't interested in hearing the story, just skip to the next paragraph.) So long story short, this mod was originally using two scripts: XML Injector (for interactions) and my own script (for fixing animations). I had to rely on XML Injector because there was no information out there on how to inject by affordance (aka search for any objects that use this specific interaction). Now for those who aren't modders, normally when creators inject they do it by an object's tuning, not affordance/interaction. This is fine if you're only doing a handful of objects, but as soon as you encounter a mod like mine where there are at least over a hundred objects, you very quickly go "nope" and search for an alternative. There was no way I was going to copy/paste hundreds of files, so I gave up looking and just used XML Injector. A new modder to the community (Frankk) thankfully figured it out earlier this week and was kind enough to teach me, and now here we are! Now you only need one script to make the mod work, which I'm very excited about.
This mod was born from a request by salvatorest on the S4S forums. All available interactions/powers (that I could find) have been unlocked and added to a new trait called Ghost Powers that you can earn from encountering the Grim Reaper.

Whenever you see him simply wait for him to finish checking whatever sim you murdered to summon him, then select him and click "Ask for Powers" on the main menu (no need to go searching). With a sweep of his hand he grants you the trait, and your sim can now do all kinds of neat tricks. There is no succeed or fail at the moment as I'm not even sure if that's what people want, but if you do want to see something like that please let me know (tumblr, Twitter, or Discord since Patreon refuses to re-open commenting for non-patrons and non-creators).

Once a sim gains this trait, they will have the various interactions from ghosts of all types unlocked, including sims who died fighting the Motherplant, all the emotions, etc. I did test this mod with various packs disabled and none of the interactions are available without the required pack, so all of the mod is pack safe and BGC. I removed the ghost walk, ghost voice, resistant to temperature, resistant to weather, immortality, etc. so that your sim is still a sim, just with the ghost interactions. I did leave the autonomy commodities alone so your sim may go around and autonomously possess things, etc. as I thought it added some character. I mean who wouldn't want to go around and possess things for fun after gaining powers? I'm not sure how powerful the autonomy will be in various games with different mods though, so please let me know if it's at a decent level or not. If you want your sim to have a ghostly walk, please use this walkstyle mod.

Currently there is no way to remove the trait, except for cheats/MCCC, but if requested I can add a way to remove it later.

Edited Files & Installing
To install, unzip the file and place the .package and .ts4script into your mods folder. Don't place the script more than one folder deep!
Remember to always clear your localthumbcache when adding new mods or CC to ensure the mods/CC work properly.
This mod does not override any resources and should not conflict with anything.
