Mod: Mermaid Transformation VFX (Updated 9/10)

- 2020 September 10th - I missed an animation when working last time. I honestly had no idea there were two different animations, but it's now been included in the mod. I also changed the name of the .package to remove the "swimming" since it's the only transformation for mermaids and felt like a mouthful. So please make sure to track down the old one to delete it, then add the updated file.
So long story short to those who are new: I started this mod back when IL first released because I hated how boring the flip in the water animation was, so I tried adding the CAS water VFX to it but I couldn't get it to work after 4 different ideas failed because I was new to modding. I stopped working on it, and now many months later (almost a freakin' year) I have finally come back and conquered it! Instead of doing it through tuning like I had planned (the only idea that originally worked) my friend Pancake reminded me that I could just do it through animation overrides now that I know more.
So this mod is very simple, nothing fancy. All it does is add the CAS water VFX to the flipping animation mermaids do when entering and exiting the water. I did my best to time it appropriately, but I really like what I've done so far. The exiting animation is not as elegant as the swimming one when paired with the CAS VFX, but it turned out decent in the end.
