Thanks for calling this out. I'm a type-2 diabetic. My doctor wanted to put me on it months ago but we couldn't find it anywhere. Thankfully I eventually got my hands on it and my blood sugar has been great since. But, to your point, there's probably some SUPER BAD long term effects of taking it off lable. I wouldn't be surprised if we are a sudden and dramatic uptick in people suddenly being type-2 diabetic from this. Or worse. If it's fixing what's broken for me it's probably gonna break what's working for others.
