Nekojishi: Lin & Partners Project Update March 2023

Hey Patrons,

With the new year underway we wanted to give everyone a little progress update, beginning with a short message from the dev team.

Since our last update in September we’ve been working on the following:

Improving the character movement and camera system.
Continuing development of gameplay systems, with a focus on Debates.
3D environment asset creation.
Music production.

While we can’t show everything yet, we have a few things to share today.

New Music

Here’s one of the new tracks produced by Esteban Tamashiro— with artwork by Fruitz! Good Night Breeze is an arrangement of the track Home from Nekojishi which evokes the feeling of a quiet night-time walk.

Please note that this version of the track may not be entirely final. An official soundtrack version will be released alongside the game with final audio mastering.

Wrapping Up

It took a little bit longer than anticipated to get this update out as many folks took breaks over the holidays, but we look forward to being able to show more of the game as we continue to work on it!
