Last year, I've made a long post to share with you some of the refsheets we made to help us to start the comics. Here's the following with the comics of 2024!
The Bad Girl:
Pictures 1 to 7 were tests outfit made by Tomiku.
Pictures 1 and 2 were attempts to give Diane casual, work, and classy outfits for the story. The first one, all black, is the only one that has been used so far.
Pictures 3 to 6 were pajama tests for the first two pages of the comic, but ultimately we decided on the face of Clay Calloway for the SFW version... which has since been scrapped. Picture 7 shows the motorcycle outfit inspired by Celty Sturluson from Durarara!!.
Picture 8 was a test by Wolfinasuit, as he was supposed to replace Spirale and me as the main artist. For months, Spirale and I struggled to blend our art styles (her focus is on stylish appeal, while mine is more about accuracy). Unfortunately, due to conflicting schedules, we couldn't continue with Wolfinasuit.
He was then replaced by Akiione (pictures 9 to 14), who worked on other unreleased projects with me. While her Diane wasn't initially in our style (picture 9), she experimented a lot and adjusted closer to our style (10 to 14), so she's now the artist for The Bad Girl. Spirale and I are both pleased with the result, and I hope you'll like it too. o/
Wanted:
(Pictures 15 to 17) Not much to say. Here, Vistamage simply sketched a few concepts while we brainstormed the story. He was already familiar with Maid Marian, so his designs were quickly approved.
Jealousy:
(Pictures 18 to 20) It took a while to nail down the current art style. Originally, Tomiku was supposed to be the artist, as I love her feminine vibe, but while she can easily create beautiful designs, comics are a different challenge that was too much. Also, our approach to adult content was too "gentle." Characters from Helluva Boss need a more wild, depraved energy, which neither of us could bring.
Tomiku designed a fresh new outfit for Loona, though. I didn't want her in the usual outfit.
I therefore tried to find another artist, who could draw brut NSFW content, and found Kattalu, who had the right energy and a style similar to LoonaNudes. We started the comic and finished the cover, but personal issues forced Kattalu to stop.
As supporters were worried the project might be canceled, I searched for a replacement and found FoxiMoron.
Despite never drawing furry content before, he had the perfect energy for this comic. He did some tests replicating Kattalu’s style (picture 22), but I didn’t want him to sacrifice his own style. We settled on a rough but promising start (pictures 23 to 26), as I was confident his work will improve with time, and, imo, have been proved right!

The Bond 2:
A sequel was inevitable. However, as projects grew, I had less time to draw it myself. Krystal is very dear to me, and I wanted to be sure only the right artist would take over. I tested two artists: Feny and Merkury.
Feny did the first sketch (picture 27) and Merkury the second (picture 28). I chose Merkury, as her style was closest to OG Krystal. Since Merkury is a professional animator, adapting to other styles is her forte. In the meantime, Feny helped redesign Fara Phoenix (pictures 29 to 32) for her role in the story (I always wanted to give her a rightful taste of the McCloud), as Fara’s original design was too unconventional for what we needed.
That being said, thank you for your support! Along with the ongoing comics, we have a lot of new stuff to show you next year!
Until then, Happy New Year!
