I currently don't have a secure way of uploading chapters, though I can update from my phone. I'm considering uploading some chapters from an open wifi network, but will have to reset my password afterward. I'm waiting until I have multiple chapters before publishing.

Keeping my own unpatience at bay, I would recommend that you keep saving up until you get back home. Then you keep it as a buffer, post regularly and write without deadlines hanging over you.
