Heaven's Laws
I'm getting Heaven's Laws back from my editor tomorrow so things are about to get really busy for me over the next few days. That means we're getting close to it being published. I'll be going through edits like a mad man, then I'll be sending it back for proofreading. It shouldn't be more than a few weeks.
Preparation for Codename
So as you might imagine, the first three books in the Codename Freedom series had a large impact on my workout regimen. As a contrary example, I was in good shape at the end of 2020, then Heaven's Laws happened and four months went by. I worked out very little because of the ten to twelve hour days five to six days a week of writing. It was well worth it, but Codename is a different beast altogether. I've started in at the gym hard and I'm cutting weight as if it matters. At least my wife will appreciate it. Heh. It was a part of my process in writing the first trilogy, so I'm trying to get in the same headspace. I'm going to be at the beach on vacation next week, so I plan on reading through the whole trilogy slowly before getting a serious start on the next book the week after. I'll update you again after I get done with edits this weekend sometime.
