This is the first part of the game, you will be transformed with permanent changes like using a pacifier, drinking from a bottle, shaving, plugged, a permanent chastity cage and many other humiliating changes.
After that you will be one step closer to become a baby girl in this terrible asylum! Stay tuned, during the next part you will be trained by the nurses and you are not going to like it...
