The more I think about it...Mika was an extension of the wife as a teen. They had the same dynamic. They were both all alone, and the MC "rescued" them. It was actually beautiful story-telling, that augmented the affection for all 3 characters. I can not understand why, as a writer, it would seem a good idea to dismantle that character so completely. It was easily the best dynamic of the narrative, and now it feels completely opposite.

Honestly, the changes for Week 1, ruined Mika for me. Previously, she just came off as someone terribly lonely, and desperate for affection. I felt a genuine compassion for her, and she was my favorite character. Now, with her new thoughts, it is made clear she is just...really mean and conniving. Almost all of the affinity I had for her has now been destroyed. If the goal is to make her a tsundere anime trope, then understanding that ambiguity is strong weapon is something you need. Telling everyone, outright, she is a horrible lil bitch is not making your story stronger, at all. You took what was the most compelling aspect of the story, and made her a simple overt character. I am seriously disappointed. She was adorable, and a little scary, and now she is a fucking cliche.

I would like to preface this with I was really drunk when writing this so may have not worded it the best, but stand by the general idea. I really liked her at the beg9nn9ng, but shes getting more and more manipulative each day. Yuki is precious, you leave her alone Haha. I still like her and find her interesting, mainly just don't want her being above Mao or Saki this vote again lol

Himiko is young, and the feelings she is having for her father are new. She will come around to the thought of sharing her daddy eventually. For now she is making the mistakes of the young.

If anything, Yuki is the pathological one. Heh

We call that an opinion. And completely valid, although I disagree. I'd call Himiko a potentially manipulative bitch, not an emotionless sociopath, yet. I've liked Mao since relatively early on, but not while she was being cold.

Can we stop voting for Himiko, she is a sociopath, Saki and (surprisingly) Mao, are much better imo
