I know part of the reason he carried the fragrance pouch is to comfort himself and remind him of Udaya, but I’ve been wondering if part of the reason is that he’s secretly worried he might smell like he’s dead. 🤔 I also wonder if he smells like the field in death’s realm. It wouldn’t be an unpleasant smell, but probably a unique one.

The concept is doing a lot of wonderful narrative work on bunches of levels, but when you're working with a character *who is literally dead but also incredibly romantic hero* it's pretty critical not to have him smell bad! So going to the smells good direction is perfect and I have always loved it.

Do we think they will kiss this year, like in December or do we move it to summer 2026..?😐👵🏼🧓🏽👴🏻" And I am the latter 🤣 I am scared but excited how they'll relationship will go at the same time. It will be so good in the re-read 🫦

I bet they’ll really regret how they missed each other, all because they second-guessed it. (And I need to know what happened after the wine was spilled!!!!)

And how we all guessed he was smelling Sulvain:s herb pouch. I love each update not only for the story and the art, but because I have shared memories with all of you. 🫂🥰 I love Sulvain's gentle touch. And I love that Raziol is opening up and talking to Sulvain. These updates are my favorite part of my week!!
