Had this one recommended previously for Spooky Season! We became HUGE fans of the Fly (1986) after finally seeing it for the first time last year (or was it 2 years ago?) here on Patreon so we always wanted to see another Cronenberg flick. This movie has REALLY nice effects, cool themes, a bit sloooowww at times but we love psychic brain battles and Akira around here so it was interesting for sure. Enjoy!

For this year in particular, normally we do 2 movies per week for Patreon in October, it's looking like due to personal stuff, weddings, schedules and trying to juggle our other projects we want to do that we may not be able to do the two films per week that month - so we figured why not just start the spooky vibes now (there's always so many good horror films and so little time anyway) So look forward to scary, Halloweeny, horror stuff all September AND October! 🎃
