Changes to merchandise shipping

An unexpected side of moving to another country became shipping costs. Due to the way Canada Post handles their mail and the prices for international (non-US and Canada) mail, it's not sustainable for us to send out monthly merchandise for Guild members.
Don't worry! We're not getting rid of merchandise completely!
As a compromise, we've decided to send out merchandise in batches once every two months. You will still get monthly rewards, if applicable.
❓ What does this mean?
- Let's say you pledged for the month of September and October, we'll send out your package in October.
- What if you pledged in September, but not October? You'll still receive a package, but only rewards for September.
- This does not apply to Snackie Ambassador awards that come directly from a manufacturer (mugs, etc.)
❓ Why are we doing it this way?
Since the cost of shipping through Canada Post is almost triple of sending it through USPS, I've decided to make a trek over the border once every two months to send out merchandise. On top of expensive stamps (we have a lot of European Snackies!), keychains cannot be sent via envelope in Canada. It must be sent as a parcel, meaning the shipping cost itself is more than the price of the keychain.
If this doesn't work out, we'll figure out a way to get your stickers to you!
This new way of sending merchandise will start in September, as all August merchandise have been sent out already. This means your next package will be shipped out at the end of October.
