Developers Update

So here is a naughty video we made! I think you guys are going to like it!

“The course of true love never did run smooth” and it seems the same is true of game development.

I’m glad I didn’t make any more promises as it turns out we ended up having rigging problems which started messing up the hands of Sue. A bit of an issue when you're supposed to be doing renders of a handjob.

Images have started coming in again and, fingers crossed, by the end of the day tomorrow I should have the last of the required images. It will then take us a few days to test, proofread, build the gallery and fix any last-minute issues but we will 100% be releasing before the end of the month. Well… 99%. If there is one thing this month has shown, there are always unexpected things that can go wrong.

Going forward, episode 9 part 2 is already underway but we will aim to get that out next month as we take out time reworking some of the earlier images and work on the coding revamp which we will aim to go live with episode 10 part 1. Yes, it’s in parts again because I can’t stop writing lengthy episodes. While I am still editing the episode, it is already up to 33K words and I would usually aim for 15k to somewhere in the low 20’s for a normal release so it is double thicc. I just couldn't hold back on the season finale.

Behind the scenes we have all sorts of exciting things going on with how we plan to render and animate in Season 2 so we can hopefully bring the quality up on all fronts. We have also gotten into story planning for season 2 with new troubles and new villains. Our aim will be to keep the gap between seasons 1 and 2 as short as possible.

Once again, apologies for all the delays but we are hopefully back on it and we will see you soon with the next release.
