2021-11-09 18:59:03 +0000 UTCJust an FYI, Elliot (and for anyone else because even I was confused initially), but Claudio Ranieri's gripe had not to do with the supposed foul* on Ismaila Sarr and us not kicking it out of play when he was down. The issue was, Ozan Tufan was "hurt", went down, and as a result, Danny Rose kicked it out of play. The "custom" was for Arsenal to give it back to Watford on the throw, but given we had momentum and Tufan already rose to his feet, Lacazette took the throw and kept it for us. You can even see a few Watford players raise their hand as if to say, "hey, we played it out and you should play it back to us #sportsmanship". I believe we scored within the next 10 seconds. That was the gripe. That said, Danny Rose thought he was being cheeky and tried to relieve pressure. I also hate Danny Rose. *As for the play on Sarr, I actually thought it was a foul and was sure VAR would overturn the goal but glad it worked out for us.
