Hopefully, it's before things get worse(he's fired) before they get better(which manager/coach? another headache). Arteta needs help: his coaches and management team(owners) and player(giving the extra effort). COYG

2020-11-13 12:55:45 +0000 UTCThis was a really good episode. Arteta’s inability to manage young players will cost us in the future when we’re trying to compete with other clubs for talent. If I was a young player I’d look at Saliba, Guendouzi, Torreira, Martinelli’s situations at Arsenal and avoid at all costs.

It's like the level of incompetence it outrageous. If I showed this level of bad decision making and incompetence in my job, I would be fired immediately. And the club not communicating anymore and Arteta constantly dodging questions or giving weird answers doesn't help at all.

Beyond Arteta's style, which is not purely aesthetic but about effect, the lack of use of young players like Nelson, AMN, Willock, Martinelli before his injury, Guendouzi, Torreira before he left, Nketiah instead of Lacazette and Pepe off the bench bothers me. Saliba is too complex to comment on without sounding like a phoney insider. A lot of tactics is simply selection and the next team selection is massive - as are the January and summer transfer windows.
