It’s a shame that Pepe cost what he did because he has to carry the weight of that responsibility and it’s not fair. I do think he’s supremely talented and could still be a star but he needs to find ways to thrive in this system and it just doesn’t seem to suit him at the moment

It just hit me listening to your conversation.. Pepe is going to be our next Ozil... Big money involved, huge talent but needs to be facilitated or unlocked, coached etc etc. My feel is good football players, apart from money and salary, will unlock and improve a team, not the other way round? ie I Don't see Saka in need of help. I hope I'm wrong but imo Pepe lacks vision of were to be on a pitch, an decent right foot and quick thinking. Ozil and Pepe feel like the everlasting burden of our mismanagement. All hopes on Arteta to turn this round, because he's a beautiful football player and would love to see him flourish at Arsenal.

I cant wait Pepe being gone from this club so i don't have to hear this ever again. He runs entire 90 minutes, is very involved, is willing to do 20 runs behind his man when receing the ball 3 times. Does three times our classic switch from the right to left which leads to good chances.. but Reis Nelson shooting over!
