Voted Theme Flats!

I still need/want to refine things a bit more so when its finished i can provide the various stages in their full resolution glory! I also still need to add their markings... spots and stripes for days!! ^^;
Regardless, I felt this was a decent stage in my process worthy of sharing with you all! Next up will be the background, I have a real eloquent one in mind :3c
