My thought is that since we are all paying for this that were out of general trolling population you'd find on Twitter and the like. Maybe I'm giving everyone too much credit, but I tend to think people in this group can all be civil and responsible.

Discord would be the best for this honestly.

Not familiar with Dischord, just starting using WhatsApp for one of my football/soccer teams and think it's too limiting, use Slack for a few groups (including Gimlet podcasts) and seems like a good option with the various channels that can be created. I'm not worried about my contact info, but that's until I say something that gets me on the naughty list.

I’d be down with WhatsApp, but I certainly think it’s brave of Elliot to put his digits out there! This is a fun idea and I’m pretty much okay with anything except shitty Facebook.

I'm sure we could all try an app we haven't used before that you decide on. I guess it'll be a case of trial and error. Personally, I'd log into a virus infested porn site to unload some hot & salty Emery takes

I can't say I'm familiar with Discord or Slack, but I think this is a really good idea.

Ok... so it looks like slack or discord would be best. Patreon *does* have discord integration but would anyone use it? I’ve never used it before... WhatsApp is great but too many issues that make it the wrong choice for this

I use discord for something else, well I say use it... I have no idea how it works so tend to ignore it :)

Slack is probably best, WhatsApp has a little too much Facebook integration for my liking. Discord is also a good option.

Discord would definitely be the best I think, but don't reckon many people here would use it. Could be wrong!

For the people saying slack: what do you think about the problem that everyone would see contact info like phone number? With slack we could be a bit more private Not familiar with discord but I think that has Patreon integration
