進捗報告（progress report）

結論から言うと、ケープはSMPの物理演算をうまく制御することが出来ませんでした。
なので、代わりにチョッキを作成いたしました。
楽しみにして頂いていた方には大変申し訳ありません。

Apologies for the clothing mentioned in the last issue.
As it turns out, the capes did not control the SMP physics well.
Therefore, we have created a vest instead.
We are very sorry for those who were looking forward to it.
