2025-10-14 17:51:06 +0000 UTCThere was a lot of stuff going on, but I'm lowkey sad that, as Iida fans, you guys didn't catch that Stain actually remembered the name Ingenium, like Iida said he would (as the one who would defeat Stain). 😭 Stain's death was so unexpectedly emotional! His obsession with All Might really was his bread and butter! I didn't expect him to actually give his life for All Might, but we really should have expected it. After all, he's been saying it since the beginning: "The only person I'll let kill me is All Might!" I just didn't think it would be in this way. 🤯 All Might's perseverance is NO joke, omg!!! We always knew that, but it was maxxed out in these two episodes! He dropped sooo many hard lines that I really thought this would be his last episode. 😭😭 I can't believe All For One was going to give him the Eren's mom treatment and snap him in half! The disrespect! That's THE All Might, sir!!! Get away from him! Bakugo's revival!!!! They made my fav extra beautiful, as they should!! 🥹🥹 I missed him so much! The imagery of All Might looking back and seeing baby Bakugo and Deku together.... the huge text in the background with the title of the episode.... ending with Deku and Bakugo!!! Truly cinematic! I got chills from it! Also, not Carlie giving out RIPs like she's in the tombstone selling business! 😂😭💀

2025-10-12 19:53:09 +0000 UTCI will forever have this stance, I've had it since season 4 as an anime only - if All Might doesn't die in this final season, my rating will be lowered 2-4 whole points... I do love MHA but I feel like it has to happen for the story to feel complete for me. I LOVE happy endings, I got tired of the late 2000s and early 2010s just making EVERYTHING sad. Most big shows nowadays just have horrendous endings for me. Bakugo returning seemed obvious and I'm cool with it. But I will stand by and say that regardless, I want All Might to die. It doesn't have to be in battle, could be after from his burned out body not being able to continue. But I feel like it'll be more emotional and epic if he does die

Then I thought "maybe All Might really is gonna die this episode." Then the explosion happened and then I just started sobbing. I love how they kept Bakugo down long enough that you're still worried if he'll make it back at all. Great start to the season. I still have to work tonight, and Im a wreck, ugh!

2025-10-11 19:58:28 +0000 UTCMy MVP is p rough. Im going to put everyone who i had a consideration: All Might, Stain, All For One, Bakugo, and Deku. Im ruling out Deku and Bakugo. Bakugo had a cool entrance, but i just dont think its enough. So leaving it to AFO, Stain, and All Might. Honestly their contribution/vibes to this episode in any other season would be a top choice as MVP. Im going to rule All for One first, his role in this episode was perfect, he was villain. In terms of contributions, yes. But he didnt have any peak moment, just him being consistently present throughout the episode doing big things. But not series-defining thing. Between stain and am, im giving to All Might. The “my all m” got me teary, he didnt much screentime, imo he was my favorite villain from s2 to s5. He is character who maxmized his screentime and just thought he was cool. Finally, imo this was All Might episode. Every character in this episode is connected to All Might and contributed to making All Might last stand. He was centerpiece, he is the MVP for how much he influenced all the character in this episode. I would say: MVP in order: All Might > Stain > AFO > Bakugo

We finally see a bit more into All Might as a person and his actual psychotic will to keep going, Stain went out a legend to stall for even a second for his hero, Gentle was willing to go fight AFO to save Allmight, AND (what could be argued to be) the most hype stand up you'll ever see.

2025-10-11 15:16:48 +0000 UTCthis episode exceeded my expectations!! the animators gave their all especially for the still scenes of deku and bakugo at the end! it was extra beautiful there was so much details like you can see all the emotions deku and bakugo was feeling at that moment... so so peak! i was in tears the whole episode its just been so good the discussion was so funny yall crack me up with the banter xd im so so excited for next week! bakugo's time to (literally) shine!
