2025-03-18 21:57:12 +0000 UTCI don’t think so because when they switched during the fight in the forest, the face changed back to the other parasite (who stole that appearance from the person they snatched after the yakuza hq fight). The parasite for the yakuza fight was much more mobile and agile than miki as well in that fight. The counting of hits was to determine how many times they could have been possibly neutralized during a fight against a heavily armed group of humans for testing purposes.

He was testing out his control over the body and that's why he was counting the times he was hit by attacks (3 times). He was also very expressive in that fight scene, which the other parasyte doesn't do. If it was the other mind in control, he probably would not have been touched at all.

2025-03-18 07:03:55 +0000 UTCJust to clarify, it was always the same 5 parasites in that body since we’ve first seen the character, but the one parasite that can control all of them in unison was the one we saw earlier attack the yakuza headquarters. That parasite and miki (goofy one) take turns controlling that body, but miki doesn’t have great control
