Should there be a difference between public/Patron version?

because i have seen that some creators make a public and a separate special version for Patrons only i would like to hear your opinion on that.

other: only through a very unique code for every patron that is working for a very limited time at your exact location you can have sex with Lisa. blindfolded , of course. Other than that eastereggs are still in fashion.
