2026-02-09 17:57:52 +0000 UTCYou may have figured this out already (it confused me too at first)- “Oiran” is a title/position, not a proper noun- so each of the houses that they were at has their own oiran- plus the ladies do look similar-ish with their hair colors/make-up/etc, so it’s understandable to think that the one at Tanjiro’s house was evil/demon
